Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with us within 14 days following the receipt of your products, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your right of withdrawal begins on the date of your order and ends 14 days after the date you receive your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at hello@coomfie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return if applicable.
We will respond as soon as possible with detailed instructions for returning your order, including the return address. Please wait for our email confirmation before sending any package.
You will then have 14 days to return the products after notifying Coomfie of your withdrawal.
Withdrawal Form Template: To simplify your return process, we suggest using our withdrawal form template available and send it to us by email. While not mandatory, this document makes processing your request easier.

Return Conditions
Once you have received our return instructions via email, please follow the procedure to return the products:
- Pack the products in their original packaging and ensure that they are returned in their original condition.
- Include a copy of your order number in the package to facilitate processing.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.
Secure Packaging: We strongly recommend using sturdy and appropriate packaging to protect items during the return process. This helps prevent damage during transit and ensures your product reaches us in good condition.
Responsibility for Lost Packages: We advise choosing a tracked shipping method when returning your order. In the event of loss or damage during transit, you will be held responsible unless you can provide proof of shipment with tracking.
Damages and Issues with the Order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@coomfie.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To help us process your request faster, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items along with your order number. This will allow us to quickly assess the issue and offer a solution.
Exchanges
To get a different product quickly, the easiest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
